The CASA–project involves collaboration with the Network of Charitable Societies of HIV Positives in Tigray (TNEP+).
TNEP+ is a Associations’ Network of people living with HIV in Tigray Region. It was established in March 2009 at Mekelle city and was registered in June 2010 at Federal Charities and Societies Agency.

The main role of TNEP+  is to actively contribute to improving patients retention in care and adherence to therapy. A close collaboration between TNEP+ members and the health facilities involved in the CASA-project has been scheduled during the project.
